Too damn much fun!

I have been having TOO DAMN MUCH FUN with my friends lately! Last night was another great night. Hit the Raven, the Limelight (that's rare for us), the Monkey, the OT, and Benny's.

Was happy to see some people I hadn't seen in a while, was happy to see Quinlan so full of fire - I love it when she gets that attitude! Was happy to see myself the same way....

Came clean to Carlie and Corey about a lot of stuff that's been happening with me, Jon was there too but he already knows it all. Confession is always good for the soul. ;)

Drank lots of guinness, talked a lot, laughed A LOT... Didn't smoke one cigarette, although we were out on the smoking patios the whole night, I'm feeling really strong about that right now...

Walked our asses at full-Quinlan-speed between bars, the rest of us practically running to keep up...

Talked a lot about sex, had a really filthy mouth, these things happen sometimes. ;) I probably embarrassed Jon and Corey to no end. But man, what a great great night!

i hate them because i love them so much...

I'm trying to quit smoking and I HATE IT!!! I'm so much happier though, in general, when I don't smoke.

Cigarettes are the battle of my life. When I smoke I'm the craziest chainsmoker you'll ever meet. I feel so not in control when it comes to smoking, that I end up feeling like a slave to them.

The worst part is that I'm spending at least $150/month on cigarettes, which everyone who knows me, knows that I cannot afford that shit. Maybe I should give myself some incentive and try to save some of the cigarette money for traveling... ;)

It's been a long time now since I tried to quit... I can't even remember the last time, so it's probably been at least a year.

I quit once for five years, when I was married, but when we split up I got this crazy idea that went like this: "I'm single now - I can do whatever the hell I want!" And there I was - chainsmokin' again.

I wish I could find a counter that says "I haven't smoked for __ days." If you see anything like that, please let me know. And wish me luck - I'll need it! ;)

Also, I've been "out there" a little in the dating world, I think you can look forward to some funny blogs about that - men are frickin' hilarious! Fictitious representations of names and places will be used to protect true identities. ;)
